Happy Lunar New Year everyone! :)
this year is a pretty slack CNY for me so i'm feeling really good right now. usually it's a mad rush from place to place but this year it's just sooooo chill and i'm lovin' it. had time to snap photos with relatives, take a nap and also watch half of Wolf of Wall Street hehe.
am currently waiting for ck to come over so that we can go on our movie date hehe.
tmr's the day that cheryl's flying off omg i have to face it already this is too fast :( i'm so sad but oh well she's gonna have an awesome time there (with lorraine tooooo) so i'm happy for her too!!
k this was just a short update because i don't want to do anything else but chill.

haven't been posting for a long time and i guess i have plenty to update about.
2014's started already and i feel blessed thus far. here's a couple of my new year's resolutions which i hope/want to fulfil this year :)
1) Study hard and do to the best of my abilities
2) Eat clean (try my best) and workout more!
3) Be a better daughter/friend/bestfriend/girlfriend (hehehe)
4) Show more love to those who truly matter
5) Be a happier me
honestly there's so much in my life to be thankful for and i feel that i shouldn't be backsliding anymore to the past me. there was a period of time, as i reflect now, that i have been taking things for granted and i haven't actually been focusing on the more important things in life. but now, that's all in the past and i am going to focus more on what the future holds for me, be it in terms of exchange or getting a summer internship.. i'm going to try my best in everything that i do :)
so much has happened in a short period of time. this holidays, i've
turned 20 (finally)
lazed around in hall (Jel and I slept for 12 hours on several occasions)
worked a little bit
started a workout and became a little more toned (but currently lost it all due to lack of working out)
went for Zoukout with my favourite hall people for the first time
did a little bit of CIP, had a block BBQ and overnight gambling playing Baccarat
spent Christmas for the first time with my best friends
had Christmas gift exchange with my fav hall people at Louis's place (his bed broke, too funny)
slept when the sun's already up more than just once or twice
waited a full day before finally checking my results (but i did badly, sigh)
got asked to be someone's girlfriend hehe
spent NYE with my best friends, with Ding announcing that he was going to HK for interview
spent New Year's Day on a date :) (omg we didn't take photos at all)
slept over at Euge's like a staycation and had supper with her bf and his cousin as well
supper hopped with my fav hall people
finally moved back home after 2 weeks of renovation
went on another date: cafe hopping
overnighting at Bao's with my fav hall people
worked for 2 more days and helped Jel with banner painting
Bike X, which was so much more fun and less tiring this year
that pretty much sums up my holidays i guess. even though i didn't manage to travel overseas, i realise that i've actually made good use of my time by spending much of it with good friends :) hopefully i'll get to travel soon, like real soon!
school's started already and there's another piece of joyous news that i received ytd.. our small little boy, Ding, is Cambridge-bound OMGGGGG. he got the scholarship!! (interview in HK) so proud of him but at the same time a little sad.. cos he's always the one who i meet for dinner like almost every saturday when we both are bored and have nothing much better to do. sigh i'm gonna miss him like cray :< and that's why i'm bummed out by this piece of news too.
